Arrive 10 minutes prior to your first floating therapy session to allow ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Please shower before your sauna and before and after your float. After your session is over, please take a quick shower to wash all of the salt off. Then, get dressed or use the provided robe and come to our post-float restrooms to do your hair and makeup in consideration of the guests who have appointments after you. If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests’ treatments and are charged at full value. Last-minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time on the same day and other guests are not inconvenienced.
Guests who book appointments and cannot join us for their scheduled reservation are granted full credit at the spa provided cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. We do not provide refunds for canceled/no-show appointments. Cancellations made between 24 and 4 hours prior to an appointment with be charged 50%, and the remaining 50% is not refundable or available for credit. Last-minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the service time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced. Last-minute cancellations (4 hours prior to your appointment) and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service value and are not refundable or available for credit. All service sales, retail sales, and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate, you can use it as a credit toward retail items. If an appointment made to redeem a gift certificate is not canceled or rescheduled within the reasonable times as stated in the policies above, we will be unable to redeem your certificate.

The Synergy Float Center accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover as payment. All reserved services need to booked with a credit card but will not be charged until after your session is over. Gratuity is not required, but if you have a truly remarkable experience and would like to reward an employee with a tip, feel free to do so.
One-month memberships are on a monthly recurring basis. Your membership fees are due on the first of the month each month until your membership expires or is terminated in accordance with this agreement. Membership fees will automatically be drafted from your account or charged to your credit card. All cancellations require e-mail notice and are effective 30 days after the date received. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled. Membership is not transferable. Member pricing is not transferable. Member pricing is not good with any other promotional offer and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. Learn more about our memberships here.
Please notify our Float Center Staff before reserving your treatments if you have special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant, especially if you are doing floating therapy. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in designed with your well-being in mind.
Spa guests must be 16 years of age or older to receive treatments. Individuals under age 18 must have permission from parent or guardian.
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones must be put on vibrate while in the center. Cell phone use is discouraged, as the time at the center should be focused on synergizing your mind, body, and soul.
Gift certificates are available for specified services, packages, or dollar amounts beginning at $50 and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. If you are the recipient of a donated or auctioned gift certificate, please give our receptionist the certificate number to book your appointment. Donation certificates are not transferable, and expiration dates may not be changed or extended. If an appointment made to redeem your spa gift certificate is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance, your spa treatments and your spa gift certificate will be forfeited.
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and services menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the float rooms for their floating therapy session, including those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.
