However, to utilize Synergy Services you must provide certain baseline identifying information of name, phone number, and/or email address. In addition, we will ask that you volunteer to provide us with other identifying information that will help facilitate your experience at Synergy, like birthday, address, emergency contact, etc… Before you do so, you should know that the material you submit may be seen by various people authorized by Synergy Float Center to view it. By providing this information you are expressly authorizing us to utilize the information for Synergy related professional and marketing communications/purposes only. By signing our waiver, you are agreeing in writing to this policy. If for some reason, you prefer to opt out of any future automated communications, then just reply “stop” to them and they will stop. However, understand you may miss out on important information about your appointments, specials, and events. You may contact us at any time and ask that we remove your information from our systems, but you will not be able to utilize our services until we have your minimum baseline identifying requirements. We may enter your information into a database or spreadsheet, and we may share it with our designated partners. We consider your information sensitive and proprietary and will not offer it up to the public and will try to ensure it is protected accordingly. However, none of these modes of communication are completely secure against interception. Synergy Float Center is not responsible if your information gets compromised.
Except for authorized law enforcement investigation and to maintain required correspondence files, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits. Raw data logs are used to simply determine how many users are accessing the site and which pages are the most popular. This data is scheduled for regular destruction in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration guidelines.
